Do I need an account?

No. Endo Journal works without an account or sign-up. Just download the app and start logging.

Where is my data stored?

Everything you log is stored on your phone. We don’t have access to your journal. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I make sure I don’t lose my data?

Because your journal is stored on your phone, we can’t recover it for you. Keep your device backups turned on (for example, iCloud Backup) so your information is included if something happens to your phone.

You can also export your data from the app and keep the file somewhere safe.

How do I move my journal to a new phone?

Restoring your new phone from a backup of your old one will usually bring your journal with it. If that’s not possible, export your data on your old phone and import it in the app on your new one.

Can I share my history with my doctor?

Yes. Use symptom history and reports to review your logs month by month, or export your data and share the file. Keep in mind that exported files contain your health information.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete entries in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your phone. Copies may remain in backups or in files you exported.

Is Endo Journal medical advice?

No. Endo Journal helps you keep a record of your symptoms, but it doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. Always talk to a healthcare professional about your health. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
